Meet the Pastor and his family   Pastors David and Tara Yemba are a dynamic, Spirit-filled couple with a heart for the city of Regina.  David is a graduate from Victory Bible College in Calgary.      He has served as Associate Pastor in the Victory Church of Moose Jaw for the past 6 years and has a wealth of experience in evangelism and discipleship which is essential for a growing, vibrant church community.      Coming from the Sudan and India this couple has a desire to see the people of this city walk in their God-given destiny.  He and Tara have been married for 13 years.  They have three beautiful children - Yohan (12), Esther (9), and Isaiah (1).
